Hard-working Solar Products

Welcome to the world of FlexLight.  Provided by Advanced Green Technologies, the source for innovative renewable energy solutions by offering the products, designs, and support for solar installations of the most advanced, cost effective, and efficient green solutions for customers, this  material gets the most out of the sun’s rays, capturing low light, full sunlight and filtered light.

FlexLight is called a triple junction solar product. Sunlight conversion takes place in three separate layers – red for low light, green for full sunlight and blue for filtered light. Together with a flexible stainless steel substrate, a reflector film layer and a transparent oxide film covering, FlexLight is efficient, durable and lightweight, coming in at about one pound per square foot.

FlexLight works more hours per day than traditional panels. Most glass panels collect sunlight during the peak hours of the day, from 11am until 3pm. FlexLight has the ability to start earlier and work longer. FlexLight systems show electricity being produced in some quantity from sun up until sun down.  There are many factors that play into how much energy production received of any solar system, including seasonal changes.  Given the same number of average sun hours per day, FlexLight works when a traditional panel has not started or has already finished.

Installation is simple, streamlined and creates an attractive, neat and code compliant rooftop. FlexLight is perfect for low slope and technically flat rooftops and adheres directly to the surface. No heavy super structures, no roof penetrations, just neatly placed, deep blue panels with a low-profile wire management system that ties into an inverter and then into your home or facility. FlexLight panels can be used on a variety of roof surfaces: metal, membrane, TPO, EPDM, and shingle roofs.
